A MESSAGE FROM AIDEN W. DORILUS DAX

PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Congratulations! You’re about to embark on the experience of a lifetime. Who could have imagined 100 years ago that moving around the world would be as easy as it is today.

From the early explorers of Europe who came to the U.S.A. to the migration that followed, a lot has happened since then, but that pioneering spirit that founded this great nation remains the same. One only needs to talk to the newcomers that arrive in the United States every day.

Although it is a new millennium and it is much easier to migrate, that same spirit is alive as well as countless people arriving not only for vacation but to settle in and make a new life here in the U.S.A..

I am proud to help the next generation of new Americans settle in and integrate into this great country, while ensuring that they get off to a great start! So if you’ve been thinking about coming to the United States of America and wondering where to get started, your search is now over.

Apply with Dax Immigration & Resources TODAY and let me be the first to welcome you to the exciting world that awaits you here in the U.S.A!

Best Wishes,

PURPOSE

The growing gap between developed and developing countries, the warlike conflicts experienced by many nations, as well as environmental factors are forcing people to flee their homelands to places they believe social and economic development is more favorable. However, there are many obstacles that immigrants have to face in the host society: ignorance of the environment and culture of the country, lack of social and family support systems, poor language skills, difficulties in accessing employment, housing or health care, dependence on administrative authorization for access to the regular labor market, situations of legal insecurity, racism and xenophobia, etc. Dax I&R aids in social, labor and cultural integration of immigrants in the United States by taking advantage of the new information technologies.

Dax I&R works with people who want to migrate to the United States to facilitate their transition to citizenship and permanent resident status, through services and resources of legal, financial, administrative, insurance, language, and social assistance. The model of development that we advocate requires that human rights be at the center of political agenda. It also implies strengthening the mechanisms for real, inclusive, transparent, and participatory democracy. We build a more just, supportive, and inclusive society in which dialogue is embraced as a value and each person can develop his or her life project.

We believe in the power of transformation of each individual and we commit ourselves to the communities that are most threatened through support and guidance. We strongly believe in diversity, and that all people have the freedom and right to choose where they want to live. We support our clients throughout the entire immigration process to ensure that it is efficient and legally viable. Furthermore, we believe that immigrants are the protagonists of their development and that our role is not to supplant, but to accompany.

Therefore, we seek to accompany immigrants in their process of legalization, integration, and social normalization in the United States, establishing the most appropriate services, programs, and actions at all times. We are renowned for providing a fast, trouble-free, and reliable services. Our guarantee of professionalism ensures a service adapted to the needs of each client, understanding that each situation is unique and different, for which we provide the most efficient and cost-effective solutions

HISTORY

Founded by Aiden W. Dorilus Dax, Dax I&R was born as a small and modest project to help the Haitian community and other minority groups manage their immigration process towards a new life in the U.S. Aiden realized that his knowledge and know-how could go beyond the limits he was handling at the time, and he could offer a more comprehensive service for immigrants who wanted to regularize their status in the United States. Thus, "Dax Immigration and Resources" became much more than that. It became…

- Information & Resources

- Immigration & Resources

- International & Relations

- International & Rescue

- Investment & Real-Estates

- Individual & Retirement

- Individual & Rights Statutes

- Interpretation & Resources

And all these concepts can be summarized in a single and solidary idea: to help fulfill the dreams of the immigrants through excellent administrative and transversal management. This is the value that Aiden rooted when he founded this organization, and it is the engine that drives our activity. Aiden is a youth Pastor, Immigration specialist as well as a certified interpreter. “My goal is to help my community, young people and parents who are not legal here and do not speak English to know of all the resources that can be provided to them.”, Aiden says

Helping Hands

VALUES

Development

We understand development as an individual process of social, economic, political, cultural, technological change that arises from the collective will in which all the people involved participate. The development in which we believe guarantees that any person, anywhere in the world, who wants to come to the United States, has their human rights fully guaranteed.

Cooperation

We are committed to a model of cooperation that guarantees an exchange between equals. This way of working allows a mutual enrichment between organizations and people from both sides of this globalized world in which we live. Participation and mutual learning are key to our work, which is based on the concept of connected citizens in a global world.

Human Rights

Without the guarantee of human rights, there is no personal or community development possible; their effective exercise is the cornerstone of the social, economic, political, cultural, and global model that we defend. We are committed to the human rights approach as the core of our work. This approach places people and their capacities at the center of analysis and that demands the fulfillment of the duties that states have when it comes to guaranteeing these rights.

Professionalism and knowledge

We believe that our work is of fundamental importance to hundreds of families who place their trust in our performance and depend on our results. For them, our basic standard is to always work towards excellence, applying our skills and know-how to guarantee a dignified future in the United States. We have the knowledge, resources, and background necessary to successfully manage all types of situations of a migratory nature. We reflect our versatility in the professionalism with which we carry out our activity

Tailored and personalized attention

Each person is unique; their life projects can be focused on different realities and, therefore, each situation must be understood from a completely personalized and individualized point of view. Each process requires the application of different resources. Thus in Dax I&R, we focus on understanding the needs and motivations of each client and offering solutions adapted to their situation.
