PURPOSE

The growing gap between developed and developing countries, the warlike conflicts experienced by many nations, as well as environmental factors are forcing people to flee their homelands to places they believe social and economic development is more favorable. Dax I&R works with people who want to migrate to the United States to facilitate their transition to citizenship and permanent resident status, through services and resources of legal, financial, administrative, insurance, language, and social assistance. The model of development that we advocate requires that human rights be at the center of political agenda. HISTORY

Founded by Aiden W. Dorilus Dax, Dax I&R was born as a small and modest project to help the Haitian community and other minority groups manage their immigration process towards a new life in the U.S. Aiden realized that his knowledge and know-how could go beyond the limits he was handling at the time, and he could offer a more comprehensive service for immigrants who wanted to regularize their status in the United States.
